New · ResponseProof Voice

Hosted phone service, built for long-term care

ResponseProof already proves your critical lines respond. ResponseProof Voice goes one step further and runs them. Every call on the lines that matter is recorded and timestamped, 911 calls are captured and delivered to your Director of Nursing, and recording consent is handled for your state. The phone system becomes the evidence, not just the thing being tested.

Why a facility runs its phones on ResponseProof

🧰

Built for compliance, not dial tone

A general phone vendor sells minutes and a "record calls" checkbox. ResponseProof already lives in F-tags, E-tags and your QAPI program. You are not teaching your phone company what an abuse-report path or a panic value is.

📋

The phone system is the evidence

Every real call on your on-call, nurse-station, intake and report-a-concern lines is recorded, timestamped and logged. That is continuous responsiveness proof for the QAPI binder, not just a nightly test-call sample.

🚨

911 capture to your DON

Outgoing 911 calls are recorded, transcribed and delivered to your Director of Nursing the moment the call ends. See how it works →

☎️

Every line built for its job

The report-a-concern line is answered, recorded and escalated. After-hours on-call actually reaches a clinician, with proof of delivery. Resident telephone access is monitored. The lines →

⚖️

Consent handled by design

Recording in a facility is a state-by-state question. ResponseProof already models consent per state, and bakes the disclosure and staff acknowledgment into the platform instead of leaving the exposure to your administrator. The model →

🏥

Works when the building does not

Hosted means no on-prem phone box to fail in a flood or a power loss, and calls can reroute during an evacuation or outage. The most safety-critical utility in the building is no longer tied to a closet.

911 capture, delivered to your DON

When a facility dials 911, leadership often does not learn what was said until much later. ResponseProof Voice turns every 911 call into a reviewed, filed record, without adding a single second to the emergency.

1

Staff dials 911

The platform recognizes the 911 dial and connects it immediately, with no added delay.

2

Recorded and transcribed

The full call is captured and a transcript is produced automatically.

3

Sent to your DON

The moment the call ends, the recording and transcript reach your DON and administrator by text and email.

4

Filed for review

It lands in your QAPI and incident record, timestamped for training and follow-up.

We never announce into a 911 call, and we never delay it. Nothing ResponseProof Voice does slows the connection to the dispatcher. Recording and notification happen around the call, not in front of it. If your team wants a cue that a call was captured, we can play a short confirmation that only the facility end hears, never the dispatcher.

There are two parties on most calls, and 911 is a special case. ResponseProof Voice handles each one deliberately rather than handing you a toggle and the liability.

Call-recording consent is governed by each state's law, and the rules differ between one-party and all-party states. ResponseProof configures every facility to its own state's regime, the same per-state model behind our test-call product. We recommend a one-time review of the recorded-line language with your counsel, after which it is a setting per facility rather than a question.

Every critical line, built for its job

The same lines ResponseProof tests from the outside are the ones Voice runs on the inside, each configured for the responsiveness duty that carries real weight.

After-hours on-call

Routed so the call reaches a clinician, with a recorded record of who answered and how fast. If it rolls to voicemail, that is logged too.

42 CFR 483.30 F713 · 483.35(e) F731
Nurse's station line

The number the lab, the hospital and the physician actually dial. Calls are recorded and timestamped, so a panic value that arrives at 3 AM leaves a trace inside the building.

42 CFR 493.1291(g)
Report-a-concern path

Answered, recorded and escalated so a report reaches a live person, with a log of how fast it was handled.

42 CFR 483.12 F609 / F610
Resident telephone access

The resident line is kept reachable and answered, supporting the resident's right to reasonable telephone access.

42 CFR 483.10(g)(6) F576
Emergency contact roster

The roster you already keep becomes the system's directory, and we dial it on a schedule to confirm the numbers still ring. See the roster program →

One vendor for the phone system and the proof it works

No rip-and-replace surprises and no hardware in a closet. We can start with the one line that keeps you up at night, run it on ResponseProof Voice, and hand your DON the recordings and the evidence from day one.

ResponseProof Voice is a hosted communications and evidence service. It strengthens the documentation behind your compliance program; it does not replace that program, and it is not legal advice or a guarantee of survey outcomes. Call-recording and 911 handling are configured to your state's requirements; confirm the current rules with your counsel before relying on them.
